Outside of the Box CIC

Outside of the Box are a CIC based in Hertfordshire. They wanted a more engaging website and also wanted to start public fundraising. I revamped their website to include more visuals, and tweaked their content to entice site visitors to read more and explore other pages. Then I setup a fundraising platform with one-off donation and regular donation functionality as well as peer-to-peer fundraising pages. After working with staff to create a donor care plan I implemented a light touch communication process that makes donor feel appreciated while not adding major workload to staff. I integrated the fundraising platform into their website to create one central point for their supporters to achieve their fundraising goals and get information about Outside of the Box. I dove into the backend of their systems and processes, setting up Salesforce CRM and integrating both the online session booking form from their website and the fundraising platform. Now outside of the Box can focus on their service delivery with the confidence that service user and supporter data is clean and safely stored without any time-consuming manual processes. 

Woodthorpe Community Group

Woodthorpe Community Group wanted a website that could serve as an information point for local residents as well as advertising their social events and fundraising initiatives. I worked with Woodthorpe Community Group to revamp their website making it visually engaging while remaining accessible. I integrated their donation page and event pages to make sure all their events and donation appeals could be accessed by their website users. Their audience comprises of many non-tech users too, so their fundraising and event tools now have an offline participant option. This makes sure at the end of the day, their numbers add up and they can manage everything that happened online and offline from one central page.
